The output sound is of very high quality. Interface with DAW very easy and gives 9 stereo channels in (8 tracks plus stereo input) and is effectively an external usb sound card. Very happy with this groovebox as unlike the previous grooveboxes this on has a fully implemented synth engine for constructing user sounds from scratch. NB you store your own sounds as part of a project and can then load them into new projects from the sound load function.
